All above prices are based on properties with maximum of 1 split level, 1 reception, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 w/c and the relevant number of bedrooms.

On visiting the property any additional areas found will charged at £10 per room(s), such as extra bathrooms, gardens, utility rooms, dining rooms, offices, conservatories, and garages etc.

Please note bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours before the arranged appointment will incur a cancellation fee of £50, and less than 24 hours the full fee will need to be paid.
