Our fully managed lettings service is designed for landlords who appreciate receiving income from their property with minimal involvement on their part. The key difference is that we will evaluate, organise and oversee maintenance on the property, protecting you from emergency calls and having to find tradespeople to carry out work efficiently.
Our fully managed service includes:
Managing maintenance requests as they come through, sourcing appropriate services where needed and overseeing works on site.
Setting up a new tenants’ standing order.
Deposit management.
Serving of notices if required.
Collecting rent on a monthly basis.
Providing statements and receipts.
Transferring payments to you.
Chasing rent arrears should they arise.
An interim inspection of your property, approximately three months after the start of the contract, to ensure that the tenants are treating it with the expected level of care.
Inventory check on commencement and end of tenancy.
Rent Collection Service
Although we offer a fully managed lettings service, which requires the least interaction on your part, you may have your own arrangements for maintenance and require support only with establishing rental services and ensuring they are collected each month on time. This offers peace-of-mind and protects you from having to get involved with any delayed payments.

Let Only Service
We offer a tenant find service for landlords who feel they are capable of managing the property themselves.
This is a fixed cost that covers: professional photography, floor plans, 3D virtual tour, digital brochure, sign board outside property, tenancy setup (drawing up contract), tenant find, verifying references, conducting viewings, negotiating the tenancy, 1 interim inspection included (after the first 3 months).
